The Hill Community Development Corporation has joined efforts with the Urban League of Pittsburgh's Operation Home initiative to help Hill District residents and potential buyers successfully navigate the home-buying process.
Through a series of monthly one-day workshops, participants will have an opportunity to learn about homeownership, best practices to avoid predatory lending, the homebuying process, home maintenance, post purchase solutions, money management and more! A link will be distributed by the Urban League closer to the date.
These workshops are often a critical step in the process of qualifying for a home mortgage.
