Join the Pittsburgh Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Sorority for a healthy, fun filed day to participate in a variety of activities that promote health awareness and encourage active and healthy lifestyles for everyone.
A snap shot of events for the day include, but is not limited to:
- Health screenings and one-on-one health coaching talks
- Mental health and financial planning seminars
- Community vendor exhibits
- Exercise classes (Zumba, spin class, personal training demonstration, and water aerobics)
- Health care and SNAP assistance enrollment
- Youth activities including books from RIF Storymobile, face painting and coloring stations
- CPR training
Admission and all services are FREE and open to public!
Light refreshments will be available!
