Participants attending this information session will also have an opportunity to apply for the next Hill District 100 Homeownership Intensive Cohort scheduled to begin later in May 2017.
Applicants accepted into the new Hill District 100 Intensive Cohort will attend monthly seminars facilitated by a homeownership coach who'll provide step-by-step assistance to help cohort members secure a mortgage and prepare the affordable homeownership opportunities emerging in the Hill District. The goal of the program is to provide a platform for residents to participate in the equitable revitalization of the Hill District community while building generational wealth through homeownership.
