December 2021

  • The Development Team submitted this phase as a portion of the entire development project
  • DRP conducted an internal review during their Dec 1 meeting
  • The Development Team has been invited to formally present this phase of the project once they have provided additional information regarding the funding strategy at the DRP Committee meeting in January 2022

January 2022

  • The Development Team formally presented to the DRP during their January meeting
  • DRP reviewed the development project and feels the project is not yet in the best alignment with the Greater Hill District Master Plan and has shared feedback with the Development Team
  • The Development Project received a score of 77% C by the DRP
  • The Development Team will revisit the DRP with updates and responses to their given feedback

February 2022

  • The Development Team responded to given DRP in the form of an updated presentation at the February meeting
  • The DRP reviewed the updated proposal and found the project to be more alignment with the Greater Hill District Master Plan
  • The project received a scored 86% B
  • The Development Team will be invited to formally present at the next Quarterly Community Meeting in April

May 2022

  • The Amani Christian CDC Team formally presented during the Q2 Community Meeting/Development Activities Meeting on May 3rd, 2022
  • The development project received favorable scoring from community residents as being in alignment with the Greater Hill District Master Plan
  • The Development Project received a cumulative score of 85% - B
  • A Letter of Support will be issued for the project
