In 2017, the Hill Community Development Corporation joined efforts with the Urban League of Pittsburgh's Operation Home initiative to help Hill District residents and potential buyers successfully navigate the home buying process.
Through a series of quarterly, one-day workshops, participants will have an opportunity to learn about homeownership, best practices to avoid predatory lending, the homebuying process, home maintenance, post purchase solutions, money management and more. The next workshop is Thursday, July 20th, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to be held via Zoom. A link will be distributed by the Urban League closer to the date.
