Black History Month Educational Bus Tour to Washington DC

Join the Hill CDC as we celebrate Black History Month! The Hill CDC is excited to host a one-day educational bus tour to Washington, DC. American history cannot be complete without recognizing the accomplishments of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr and the Civil Rights Movement. Therefore, this tour will include a stop at the Martin Luther King Jr Memorial. We will lunch at Sweet Home Cafe before touring at the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture. This opportunity has limited seating, first come, first served. Reservations must be made by February 16, 2024. The fee for this tour is only $55. Fee includes transportation and museum pass. Meals are not included in the price. Registration requires:
1. Complete registration on EventBrite.
2. Submit payment on PayPal.
3. Reviewing and completing the Travel Guidelines.

The Travel Guidelines will be sent via e-mail after registration and must be given to staff prior to getting on the bus.

Also, start to envision areas of the museum that you would like to visit. The entire museum will take multiple visits to fully take-in and appreciate.
