Britt is a highly accomplished operations strategist who has held executive leadership positions within a broad range of industries, including retail banking, financial investment, software development, managed health care organizations, and pharmaceutical hub services. With over 15 years of experience, she has led change teams in multi-channel retail operations and has been instrumental in the development of a software development company and various non-profit organizations. She has been an influential business leading professional garnering experience in operational excellence, training, process improvement, project management, and employee development. Her passion and purpose for development extend to her work with non-profit organizations. Serving as a mentor with Daughters of Zion, she mentors preteens on self-awareness, self-esteem and helps them navigate through growing pains. As a certified crisis intervention counselor, she is also a co-facilitator with Journeyman Advancement specializing in rehabilitation and anger management counseling for domestic violence perpetrators. Britt is a native of Harrisburg, PA but has found her home in the city of Pittsburgh since 2009. She has a passion for a culture of excellence and empowerment and dedicates her mission to serve the people.
