Upper Hill and Herron Avenue Meeting
The vacant property strategy is an effort to "create an inventory of vacant property" in the Hill District and to recommend uses for vacant lots and buildings. The Hill District Consensus Group (HDCG) has engaged a consulting team to survey vacant properties and to recommend the options including: holding and stabilizing buildings, demolishing buildings and greening lots or rebuilding on lots. The consultants are ready to share their recommendations and need input from residents and property owners. HDCG is inviting you to a meeting to give feedback.
