On September 12th, Danielle Maritzer (of Piper O’Brien Herr Architects) submitted the required project documents for the Development Review Panel process.
West Rise Capital, a Pittsburgh-based company, is proposing a multi-story addition (not to exceed four stories) on or above the existing mezzanine or second-floor space at the building located at 304 Jumonville Street, including an expansion of the existing enclosed rooftop space for use by a commercial building tenant. The multi-story addition will consist of approximately 66 units, including an allocation of a minimum of ten percent (10%) of such units as affordable units.
