- Proposed the development of 5 new modular homes on Miller Street.
- In June 2016, DRP determined the project did not align with the Greater Hill District Master Plan due to lack of affordability
- In January 2017, TREK returned to the DRP adding one moderately affordable unit to the project.
- DRP Response letter states project is not aligned.
