• TOMTOM24 Development submitted proposed mixed use development to DRP
• Proposed acquisition an rehab of a three-story building; ground floor commercial barbershop, levels Two and Three will provide four 1-Bedroom affordable rental units
• All units targets at 50-80% AMI
• Plans include greenspace on the neighboring parcel; to be acquired from the URA

May 2021 – Internal Review by DRP

• DRP conducted an internal review during the May 5th meeting
• DRP has invited the Development Team to present during the June meeting

June 2021 – Presented to the DRP

• TomTom24 Development Team presented to the DRP during the June meeting
• The Development Team received a passing score of 85% – B from the DRP
• The Development Team invited to present during the Q3 Community meeting

August 2021 – Presented to the Community

• The Development Team presented to the Community during the Q3 Community meeting
• The Development Project received a passing score from the community with a cumulative score of 89% – B
• The DRP will prepare to issue a Letter of Support for the project
