The project was submitted to the Development Review Panel by GBBN Architects.
The Fifth and Van Braam development is planned to contain 194 housing units, all of which will be for rent. Among this total, 5% of the units are intended to be affordable housing, targeting 80% AMI. There will be a unit mix of studio (11%), one-bedroom (35%), one-bedroom + den (36%), and two-bedroom (18%) units.
There will be a new 2000sf public plaza, 8000sf of commercial space, and 100 structured parking. Building amenities will include a fitness room, lounge, pool deck and club house, and a roof-top terrace, bike parking and a leasing office.
The DRP Committee will review the project at their April Committee meeting.
