For two decades, Coro has been convening people to accomplish shared goals in a collaborative way and sustain the leadership community throughout the Pittsburgh region. The Women in Leadership (WIL) program has specifically focused on developing these opportunities among local women.

Now, the Coro WIL Cohort is looking to open dialogue with other women in our region through the Working Women of Western PA - W.O.W. Talks series. The hope is to engage in meaningful discussion and spur action around many shared challenges including equal pay, access to affordable childcare, discrimination and more. There will be group discussions around these topics, network with other women and hear from notable female leaders in our community including Pennsylvania State Representative Sara Innamorato of the 21st District.
