Coping in Today's World

**All courses run from 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Coping in Today's World helps participants learn to build their own resilience--the ability to recover quickly after difficult times. By drawing on Red Cross expertise, this course can help family members, friends and neighbors provide better emotional support to one another in times of common stress and strain, and even during times of crisis and disaster.

Session Registration and Volunteer Opportunities People are encouraged to pre-register for these education sessions by attending one of the events listed below, where they will also have the chance to meet with representatives from the Red Cross and discuss volunteer opportunities that currently exist in the community. Learn more by contacting 412-263-3150.
